Terms & Conditions:

Room rates are subjected to prevailing 5% gment tax and 10% se charge.
Additional bed with breakfast is chargeable at RM45.00 per night.
All rooms are based on single or twin sharing basis with breakfast included. Deluxe Family Rooms and Family Rooms are for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, and is inclusive of breakfast.

Peak Period

Additional Surcharge of RM15.00 nett per room per night on Peak Rate will be imposed.

The Daily, Peak and Published Rates are subject to change without notice.
Children below 12 years of age (up to 2 children) may share the same room with their parents.
The term "Public Holidays" is as gazetted by the government of Malaysia. Christmas, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year & Deepavali are examples of seasonal festivities.
All confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 1400 hours on the day of arrival. Check out time is 1200 on the day of departure. DAY USE rooms on the day of departure from 1200 - 1800 hours, subject to room availability, will be charged at 50% o quoted rate.
Allocation of rooms are subject to space availability only. Reservation is deemed as confirmed only upon full payment. If bookings are made through telephone, confirmation by fax with a photocopy of the credit card and bank payment slip is required.
Changes of check in and/or check out date are not allowed, nor will be entertained.
